From generation to generation the mothers and grandmothers of
her family passed on their ageless wisdom to the younger ones. Now it
was her turn to enter the lineage of wisdom in a much deeper way.
They taught about important things like healing and letting go.
Like mending and tearing apart. Like a woman's right to her body
and how to tend her soul. Like about birth, and about death. And
about LOVING with all your might. And about how to find joy
in the midst of chaos. She liked how her mother's words sounded
like pearls of wisdom, smooth and golden rights of passage pearls
for her to wear all of her life. And one day pass on to her own
daughter. Being taught and trusted in this way, brought her courage,
and self confidence. But most of all, gratitude. And feeling loved.
