Here at the Red Thread Café I am about listening to you and where you are, hearing between the spaces of what is said and not said. Then – action and implementation. Together we create a bridge between that which you WANT to create, and actually creating it. Consistent action leads to transformation, and ultimately lasting change. Sometimes, we KNOW what to do – and we need another person, a life coach, whose job it is to stand for our dreams, and for just ‘what is next’ on our path.

The red thread is that invisible but palpable connection that happens in a heart-to-heart conversation. The red thread mends the broken pieces and stitches healing into the torn places. When a caring friend is present, the story can unravel and be knitted into a shawl of comfort. When we follow the red thread, we will be led to where we need to turn next.
